epsom salt - eases stress and relaxes the body while relieving pain and muscle cramps. this mineral-rich ingredient can also help to eliminate toxins from the body, reduce inflammation, and improve muscle function.
dead sea salt - rich in good-for-the-skin minerals, this salt is known for its ability to detox the body, relieve pain and inflammation, reduce fine lines and wrinkles and improve overall skin appearance and health.
chamomile essential oil - a gentle + healing oil that soothes irritation and inflammation. this oil has hydrating and antioxidant properties, and can also fade dark spots and hyperpigmentation.
calendula oil - a calming + nourishing oil that can help to calm dry and sensitive skin conditions such as eczema. this oil has antibacterial properties, and has been known to help relieve diaper rash and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
instructions: add as desired to warm bath water for a soothing + relaxing full-body or foot soak. rinse well.
